I'm a big fan of HEGG Windows because of their customer service, attention to detail, and amazing communication. I had got several quotes before deciding on HEGG and what helped with my decision was that they are a local company, sales was not pushy, professional, price was reasonable, and communication/follow-ups were so nice. The installers were great and the quality inspection afterwards was helpful - they already found something to fix (hardware replacement) and are on it! I feel really taken care of. Thank you HEGG! Probably the best company I’ve ever dealt with for home improvement. We just had a small, one door project and I felt like they treated us like we had a huge whole house window install. Communication was excellent from the company at every step. Final product was high quality, and they even did a follow up inspection to make sure we were satisfied. I will definitely use this company again when the need arises.

I can’t say enough about how much we loved working with Hegg. We replaced all of our 1923 wood windows with Marvin wood windows, which included replacing the Tudor boards on the front of the house. The crew worked as if it was their house. Their attention to detail and amazing craftsmanship made the windows look perfect with our old house. We are thrilled that we decided to replace the windows, and would recommend Hegg to anyone looking for windows or doors!

Hegg has provided window installation services twice now, on 2 separate structures over the last 12 months and their service is spectacular. They always showed up on time, worked their butts off, and were polite and professional at all times. Great attentive service and the Provia line is just what we needed to close in our screened in porch.They also offer warranty work for our existing Provia windows that someone else installed. The overall experience was what we hoped for in our window install.

Just saw a print ad for Hegg and thought I should post something. They replaced every window in our house several years ago, and we couldn't be happier with the result. One of the owners came out to give us a quote and the customer service held throughout completion of removing 25+ windows and installing 20+ new ones.
